Thinking Spring
It was a sunny day yesterday and was actually in the high 40's (whoa) so we took Taylee to gymnastics and decided to play at the school play ground a little. The kids are so ready to be able to play outside. I was freezing, but of course the kids didn't even seem to notice that it is still winter out there.

If you notice in Kamdon's picture he scratched his nose Monday night. He has a big huge scab. Yesterday we were in the bathroom and he was talking to himself in the mirror. All of a sudden he just started giggling so hard. He came around the corner and was smiling and pointing to his nose and still laughing. He kept saying "nos", "nos." He thought it was so funny to see how his nose looked and I just laughed that he was laughing at himself. What a cute kid.

A "Wicked" Time
The main reason we went to California, was to attend CHA with Scrapworks. We had no idea that CHA would be a "WICKED" performance. It is a lot of FUN and a lot of WORK. Our job throughout the show was to do the make-n-take's for our booth. (Thanks Mom and Sarah for all of your help. I couldn't have done it with out you!!!) It was so fun to visit with all the people that stopped by. On the first day of the show, we did around 400 make-n-takes. We were crazy busy. By the last day of the show we had a little time to play. Sarah loved the "Making Memories" booth. If you wore these shirts promoting their new product, you would win randomly throughout the day and then they would have one big drawing a day. So on this day, we actually ran down for the drawing. We didn't ever win anything big, but Sarah picked up a few little prizes for having a shirt on. The weather was beautiful while we were there. It was totally FLIP FLOP weather. It made me so ready for some spring temperatures here at home. The last day we were there, we spent in Disneyland shopping and riding rides. It was the coldest of the days we were there, of course! Sarah has all of the pictures from that day, so hopefully she will share them soon!
Before the "Most Amazing" Show, we had to grab something to eat. Our driver kept telling of places we could stop. I asked about the "WICKED and Famous" In-N-Out Burger. None of us have ever eaten there and we needed something really fast since we didn't have a lot of time. I had gotten a little car sick, so it didn't taste great to me, but Mom and Sarah thought the hamburgers (you have a choice of 3 different hamburgers and that's it) were pretty good.

After dinner, we headed to the Pantages Theater to the off-broadway show of "Wicked." AND IT WAS WICKED!!! Before heading in we stoped for a few pictures. Billy Joel's star was right in front of the theater, and since he was one of the few that we recognized around us, we decided to take our picture on the star. The Show was an amazing show and the cast was great! There is always so much going on throughout the whole show, that I know I missed so much. (I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO SEE IT AGAIN ... darn!) Thanks, Mom, the show was such a fun thing to do together!!
The Kids Play, While Mom's Away
Aunt Heather came to visit a friend and spent a couple days here. The kids had a great time building a snowman with her.

Walking In a Winter Wonderland
When I woke up this morning, I kept pushing the snooze button. Finally, I decided I better get going since church started in one hour. I quickly showered and got dressed. Then I decided to peek out the window to see what the weather looked like. IT WAS A WINTER WONDERLAND out there. I woke up Heath and told him we better get going. Soon, Heath came back into the room and said, "don't worry about rushing, there is so much snow we are staying home." He decided he would attempt to remove some snow, before it got worse. There was over a foot of snow falling and with the blowing there was 2 to 3 feet. (Like in our driveway ... the neighbor helped Heath clear the snow with his tractor since we have no where to pile all this snow). It was a crazy blizzard out there. I love it! I kept saying, "I hope it keeps it up all day!" After Heath was done, he ran over to the church to make sure he didn't have to teach primary and sure enough, they had sacrament meeting and then canceled the rest of church.

Braving the Cold and Swimming Suits
My kids have been out of school for 2 weeks, so I have been racking my brain to find some fun things to do! I got on the internet and found the rec center. It seemed like they had a great little pool, and they did! They had lots of splash and spraying things, a little lazy river and circular whirlpool that spun you in circles (the kids loved that), and a water slide. Yes, we braved the freezing cold weather, the new tubes in Kamdon's ears, and I braved the maternity swimming suit (I felt like a beached whale, oh well who's looking right ... there are NO photo's of me to prove I put on the suit ... I didn't want to scare anybody!)

Kamdon loved the water, he is a fish!! His ear plugs kept falling out, so I hope we don't regret this trip to the pool. Taylee, Tydon, Heath (my 4th child) and Cardon (our extra child for the weekend) loved the water slide and the whirl pool that spun them in circles like they were in a toliet bowl.
Offically a "Utahan"
Our car license plates expired on the 31st of Janurary, so it was time to figure out what we needed to do register in Utah. WOW, what a major pain and expense. I can not believe how much it cost to register your car in this state!! After throwing in over
Two Hundred Dollars, we offically are Utahan's!
