A Good Day to Catch Up

A little white stuff on the ground and some Christmas music (I know it is a little early, but when it is a blizzard outside it just feels like December) in the background lead to a good day to catch up on my blogging. Now that I am all caught up, I think I will go bake something.

Baptism Day

We spent Saturday Morning with the Holverson Family, while in Idaho Falls, for Tamara's Baptism. Congratulations!

The Best Pumpkins

When we went to Idaho Falls a week and a half ago, we went in search of the Best Pumpkins we could find. Sarah and Grandma took us to a cute Pumpkin Patch in Idaho Falls. We found great pumpkins, rode the Choo -Choo train, and enjoyed the afternoon in the field of pumpkins. (I realized while we were there, that someday I want to grow a patch of pumpkins and run the cutest Patch around ... Farmer Emily ... can't you see it now:)

Krispy Kreme

For Preschool a couple of weeks ago, we took the kids to Krispy Kreme to celebrate the letter "D"! We all enjoyed our doughnuts !!

What a Party

When my family was here visiting for the BYU game we had a great Halloween Party. We all dressed up and took a new family picture ... Grandma and Grandpa gave all the kids a Halloween Package with new Halloween pajama's and lots of fun prizes in it.Then we had a pinata ...

We played games, made picture frames, and flew around ...

We decorated pumpkins ...

Thanks to everyone for putting together a great Party!

The Swine is Not So Fine

The last few days with sick kids has been one of those lovely family experience's. Today we got the Swine Flu test results back for Kyler. It was Positive ... thank goodness he has been on Tamiflu for 3 days (it really turned the nastiness around) ... which means that is what everybody had. So, we survived the dreaded "SWINE", we are on the mend, should only be contagious for another 24 hours (this has been the hardest ... the house walls start to cave in on me ... and we had to cancel our FHE Halloween Party that we have had planned for a few weeks), and it wasn't really as bad for our family as it could have been!! I pray that this icky flu passes you by!

No Good Excuses

A Fun weekend in Idaho, room mother duties, and sick children are just a few of my "EXCUSES" for not blogging. As for today, I am just being lazy (well if you can call cleaning and laundry lazy) and enjoying the day home with my (sick) kids and hubby!! Hopefully, I will feel like catching up tomorrow .... so be prepared for a huge Catch Up Blog!

Witch's, Witch's, and More ... you guessed it, Witch's

When Grandma and all the Grand kids were visiting, we decided to head to Gardner Village for a WEE WITCH'S Weekend. Our first stop ... THE PONIES. Kyler wasn't sure about his pony and didn't even make it around the circle even once.

We visited the petting zoo! (These 4 boys ...Ky, Brax, Kam, and Taylor ... never hold still for a photo. I can only catch the backs of them while they are pre-occupied ... LOVE THIS PHOTO!) Kyler was intrigued, but didn't really want to do much petting!

We took a hay ride to visit with the Witch's! Kamdon buried their DEAD cock roach!
We visited their house and back yard. While we were there, The Witch told us
all sorts of "WITCHY" tales.

(KIDS ... stop for a photo!)

We had lunch and decided to sit with the witch!

We are so glad that everyone could go with us to visit the Witch Extravaganza!
Thanks, Grandma!
