The Zoo With Grandma
Grandma came to Salt Lake to pick up a few things. We all love having her here and spending time together. On Saturday, before she headed home we watched Tydon's soccer game, the girls had a little pampering time, and then we went to the zoo with the Merrill Clan. Here are a few photo's from our trip to the zoo!!

Bare Esssentials
At dinner tonight I was giving Heath a hard time about trying to grow out his hair. He was in the awful looking "frow" stage. So then Taylee and Tydon both started teasing Heath about the Hair on his face. They kept asking him to shave. I just kept my mouth shut and kept laughing it up. They told him they wanted to see what he would look like without hair on his face. So after 10 minutes of going back and forth, Heath told the kids if they would clean up dinner, he would shave. Funny Kids jumped right up and took our plates, turned on the music, and cleaned up the table, put the extra potatos in the fridge, started the dish washer, and swept the floor. Man, they really wanted Heath to get rid of his hair.
The Kids Did a great job cleaning up, bribery does work!!
The Big Reveal!
AGHHHHHH! Heath looks so clean and like he is 12!
Even Kamdon was curious about his new look!
Run Forest, Run
On Thursday, the school had their first ever Fun Run Fundraiser! The kids had a great time running the 2.1 mile trail through the subdivision! It was a huge deal ... they even had the police excorting and blocking roads! They were exhausted! I enjoyed my station cheering on the kids and blocking off the road and Heath enjoyed cheering on the kids and taking their photo's at the end! Great Job!

What's a couple more ...
So I started watching a couple of extra kids today! It seemed to go pretty smoothly! At first my day was dragging and I kept wondering what the heck I was going to do. Silly enough, I actually found myself getting things around this house a little organized, I got a little cleaning and wash in, and I took a nap when all the kids were sleeping. I think once I get in this routine we have to have, I will be good. I am sure looking forward to a paycheck and can't wait to get some bills off my shoulders!!

Crazy Kids With Crazy Hair For a Crazy Day
These two "Crazy" kids started off our "Crazy" day with "Crazy" Hair since it was Crazy Hair Day at school. They were so excited to go to school this morning! YEA!
Have you ever had one of those days when you wonder how you did everything you did?? Well here is a look at my whirl wind day ..............(Beware of Post Over Load) ........ I got up and got the kids off to school ... with crazy hair, fed Kyler, made muffins, vacuumed my house, and put Kyler back down for his morning nap. Kamdon and I got ready and headed out for our 30 minute walk and left Heath and Kyler to Snooze. Got home and got ready for the day and fed Kyler again! Then I had enough time to dust and wash the front door before our appointment arrived. (I had to visit with a Couple and their little boy this morning. I will be watching their son every other Wednesday ... for some extra cash). We had to sneak in a quick lunch (fed Kyler Lunch) and made it home just as the kids to got home. I jumped in the car and ran to SLC for a hair appointment (that I was 15 minutes late for ... darn traffic) and started to race home when I realized I really needed a bathroom - I hadn't gone all day! At this point the closest place I could see downtown was a Burger King. I haul Kyler out of the car and race in to the King and head straight for the bathroom. Silly Me, it is downtown Salt Lake, and the bathroom doors require a token in order to PEE -- what was I thinking! I race to the line at the counter and order some apple fries and a drink so the lady will give a bathroom token! At this point Kyler starts screaming and I realize he is hungry ... again!! I head back to the car ... because it is downtown ... lock my doors and feed Kyler ... again. Finally I am on my way home and headed to the church for the practice for our primary program on Sunday (I am 30 minutes late... mind you ... good thing Heath was home and made it to sit with our class and get the kids there on time.) After practice I start to fulfill my Relief Society Duty by CHURCH SITTING for an hour (since out building had the floors refinished) when Taylee reminds me she has a birthday party she was going to go to ... I had totally forgotten. We need a birthday gift ... I talk Heath into church sitting with Tydon and Kyler while I run to get a birthday gift! We make it to Justice and try to quickly pick something out. (Taylee and Kamdon are both more interested in choosing a treat for themselves) We decide on a gift card and leave with 4 treats .. 2 for Kamdon (I am not going to argue with the child at this point). We race back to the church to pick up Heath since my hour is up ... and wait and wait for someone to come lock up the church. No one comes!! I jump in the car again and race all around the neighborhood trying to find someone who knows what the heck I am supposed to do with this church building that has every door and window open and huge fans blowing!! Then we are off to take Taylee to the Birthday Party which she is now 15 minutes late for! By now Kamdon is exhausted and starts to cry and ask for his "B" (in Kamdon lingo that means binkie). Oh No, where in the heck is the stupid thing? Of course, He left it at the store when he insisted on having 2 treats! So we listen to Kamdon SCREAM at the top of his lungs for over an hour because in this mess of a day we lost his LAST "B" ... Heath refuses to let me get another one. It is going to be a long week! While driving sometime in the last couple of hours, the EMPTY light has started to flash and I start to worry that I am going to have to push us to a gas station because Heath can't lift or push anything over 20 pounds. (He thinks that would be a great sight to watch me push while he drives) Thank goodness we made it to get gas and I picked up "MADE OF HONOR" to watch tonight ... I am so excited! I feed Kyler, in the car again, and we swing through the drive thru for some dinner! WHEW, we made it and to finish the night off I have time to blog, watch my movie (hope I can stay awake), and can't forget to go pick up Taylee. Tomorrows another Day .... and so far the plans look a little less crazy!
Hope your Day was Less crazy than Mine!!!!!

Motorcycles and Soccer, What a Combo!
Kamdon has been talking about Heath's motorcycle for days! Yesterday he got out of bed, and in his new little way of making sentences, he said, " Daddy .. Motorcycle ... Ride ... Me." It was the cutest thing! Heath couldn't let the kids go to bed without a quick ride around the neighborhood.

Tydon had some leftover "Soccer" Birthday Money so we enrolled him in Fall Soccer. (Thanks again, Grandma and Pa Pa) He has been so excited to play again! Tonight was his first game. Way to out run those Girls!!
He almost had a goal here! Way to go, Buddy!
Taylee was keeping Kyler entertained while we watched soceer. She had him laughing up a storm!

I Did It!
I know this may not seem like much to all of you, but it is a huge accomplishment! I actually found enough time today to sit down and play with Photoshop CS2. I was able to update photo's of the kids and add Kyler to my header. Now I am far from understanding what exactly I did and I have a lot more work to do, but I am so excited that I got this far! Yeah for Me!

A Sneak Peak
Here is the cutest Halloween Sneak Peak!!!! I was at Walmart yesterday and stopped to check out the Halloween stuff they were just putting out. When I saw this Horse costume, I fell in love and knew my plan for these two would come together perfectly. Now I just have to convince the older two kids to play along with my 2008 Theme!

Labor Day Weekend in St. George
The Funeral Home where Heath works has a new office in St. George that has been open for a few months. It was Heath's turn to take a chance to go and work, so we packed up the whole family and decided to make a little trip out of it. Heath worked a few times during the weekend, we did a little shopping at the mall, we slept in when the kids allowed, we hit a few resturants, and we ...........
We hit the yummest little shop for some Custard - twice!! It was delicious and I have been craving it everyday since. We added strawberries and cashews to our custard.
Hey, Merrill's, is that dessert????????

We stopped by the St. George Temple on Sunday afternoon. The kids thought that was pretty neat. Did you know this temple doesn't have an angel Moroni on the top??
(P.S. Heath wants the credit for these photos ... he took them on his i-phone)

The home that we stayed in was so great! My kids made themselves right at home! It is a beautiful home and Heath and I both wish we had the set up of that house for our house!! It beat the socks off our little rental!!
We did a lot of swimming while we were there! The weather was great and HOT!! Kyler enjoyed his first experience IN the pool, Kamdon learned that he doesn't float without his floaties (yes, Taylee and I had to save him when he jumped in while I was attending to Kyler ... thankgoodness we were both right there when it happened), Taylee and Tydon just had a blast, and Heath and I learned that swimming is a good workout when you can't run or walk in 112 degree weather.
