Thanks to the Pioneer's

Thanks to our Pioneer Heritage we spent the day ...

... watching the Days of 47 Parade on TV (we have not attempted to head downtown for that ... people actually camp out for 24 hours or more for a front row spot ... that is CRAZY).

... with Heath (He deserved a day off)!

... we hit the pool for a couple of hours before the thunderstorm rolled in.

... we took the kids to watch the 3D movie G-Force. (I haven't ever seen a movie at the theater in 3D, it was pretty cool!)

... and we will be finishing off the day with a few leftover fireworks.

It's A Good Day to Live in Utah!!

Birthday Boy

We started out with this ...
And now we have this .... Where does the time go??
Kamdon loved opening up his gifts!

He got lots of new "cycles" and this big blow up jumping toy! He loves them all!
He has been telling us for weeks that this was his "CYCLE BIRTHDAY!"

Birthday Lunch Fit for a Cycle King

We invited some of our friends to meet us at the pool for swimming, pizza, chips,
drinks, and lots of fun! We had a great time!
Kamdon loves swimming in the deep end all by himself!

Braxton, Taylor, and Kamdon love watching the tennis players
after swimming in the pool!

All of Kam's friends joined us for "CYCLE" cake after the pool!

Some of our friends!
Kyler loved his ice cream!
He was even licking the plate!
Opening Presents from my friends!

Happy 3rd Birthday, Kam! We love you!!

Summer Do's

After Just One Year, This little guy was in need of a MAJOR hair cut.  It seemed to only be growing on the sides and in the back.  We kept saying he had old man hair going on. (the poor kid doesn't have any hair on top)
His FIRST Hair Cut!

Much Better!
Since we were doing Kyler's, we decided that everyone was in need of a Summer Cut!

Even Taylee was in need of a trim!

What's More American Than ...

What's More American Than ... AMERICA'S BIRTHDAY?

What's More American Than ... FOOD!
(we had a great breakfast at the church and continued to have great food all day long!)

What's More American Than ... FAMILY!
(we loved spending the 4th with our family and missed those who couldn't be here)

What's More American Than .... PATRIOTIC OUTFITS and CUTE HAIR!
(We love dressing up for the holidays!  Thanks mom for the stinking CUTE  matching outfits.)

What's More American Than ... OUTDOOR FUN!!
(we enjoyed the afternoon playing kickball, football, swimming, jumping in the bounce house and the trampoline, and just enjoyed the nice weather!)

What's More American Than  ... FIREWORKS!
(The fireworks in Idaho Falls were so great this year.
We had great seats - thanks to Amber and Justin!)

The kids and I enjoyed the show with Chad and Jess, Grandma Kiesling, Grandma Sandy, and Amber and Justin!

Kamdon fell asleep on the way to get our seats. As soon as the firework show began, Taylee woke him up and he was excited to see the show!
Kyler stayed awake and was raring to go until the show started, then he crashed!

What's More American Than ... The Fourth of July! We hope you all had a great day!

Red, White, and Blue Bike

Every Year the 1st graders circle the school with their decorated bikes and create a little parade for anyone who will watch. We ran over this morning and made it in time to take part in the fun. The little kids loved the candy that the kids threw!
