Coloring Eggs

Grandma had boiled over 100 eggs for the Grandkids to color! Let me tell you ... that may seem like a lot of eggs, but the kids flew through them in 20 minutes flat! They loved every minute of it!

Our Hat Man

Kamdon was dying to take a bath tonight. (He is my kind of kid ... always wanting to soak or maybe just play in the tub.) He got all ready and hopped in. Heath called me in check him out and this is what I found. Silly kid! He played for a good 30 minutes with his hat on. Finally he said, "Mom, I got my hat wet." I replied, you took a bath with your hat on, silly! Kam giggled, "Silly, Hat in Tub ... Wet ... Me." What a great kid!

We're In JAZZ Town

On Thursday, Heath calls to let me know (yeah, nice notice) that he has a Utah Funeral Director Conference and that the whole family is invited for dinner, to shoot hoops on the Jazz court (at first Heath thought the Jazz players were going to be there ... we were all a little disappointed to learn they were playing an away game tonight), and to browse the Funeral Vendors. The kids had a great time collecting free stuff from the vendors, Heath got some continuing education, and we all were so excited to shoot hoops and play down on the Jazz floor.
Some More Court side Fun

Kyler had a great time crawling on the floor while all the kids and Heath took their
turn shooting hoops or playing lighting.

On Friday Night, Heath finished up his Conference with Dinner and Box Seats for the Jazz game. (What a great idea for a Conference... we loved it!) We had a really great time together, with Kyler, and with the Eckersell's. At half time, they fed us game snacks and held a big drawing! Heath won a box of golf balls and a jar of honey. What a fun date night! We got Kyler to fall asleep the last 10 minutes of the game.

Our View (It seems a little high, but it was actually a great view and very comfortable)

Date Night ... Heath, Em, Kyler, and the Jazz!

Thanks Serenicare for a great time!

Happy 7th To You

Tydon woke up at 6:30 in the morning (on March 25th ... I am a little behind posting) ready to open his gifts. Heath and I put him off for an extra hour and then we all got up. He was so excited to be 7 and could not wait to open his presents. We hope you had a great day, Ty, WE LOVE YOU!

Tydon took his class some birthday treats. Grandma Sandy and Great Grandma Kiesling were waiting for him when he got home from school! He waited until dad got home and then opened his gifts from Grandma and Pa Pa.

For Tydon's birthday dinner, he decided to go to Good Wood for Ribs!! (one of his most favorite foods!) Then we came home for cake and ice cream!

I found this cake recipe online and decided to give it a try! It was delicious and so easy!!

Make a Wish!!!
We hope you had a great birthday! Thanks to EVERYONE for all the great gifts!!
